My Vacation

I spent my summer vacation in July 2018 by visiting India with my parents and little sister. I would like to tell you about all the places I visited in the state of Odisha. I went to Puri Jagannath Temple.

We even went to see the Panchalingeswar waterfall near Balasore. There are three hundred and eleven steps atop a mountain to be taken to reach the Temple where the Panchalingeswar waterfall is flowing.

It started raining when we walked. After about Two hundred steps, I saw the greenery of the forest and it was moist weather. The sight of water droplets on the leaves was very beautiful.

I went to Chandipur beach which was very shallow the waves were slow. There were many shells that I collected which were awesome and can be put in a showcase. I enjoyed batting in the sea and playing on the beach for a couple of hours with is my parents and sister. I went to the hanging bridge along the river Nagavali n Rayagada in a typical auto-rickshaw In India.the bridge is a mini version of the Howrah bridge in Kolkata.

I visited the State Museum of Odisha which had a lot of artistic items like old paintings, ancient coins, sculptures of the Gods, and Goddess carved during ancient times. the tribal work and textiles were also displayed.

Overall, it was a very interesting vacation to be cherished.
