My Dearest Friends

This is my real life story, the way I met my best friend forever and how we became best friends...

It was the month of July in 2017 my family shifted to another city as well as another state. Due to transferable job I had studied my 4th standard half in another school and then I had to get admission in new school for remaining half semester of 4th and my studies ahead... At August I got admitted to my new school and started attending classes...

The first day I entered the school and my class I was so nervous and at that time I was so shy that I hardly spoke a single word ! My class teacher made me sit with a girl named Divyansha who had a really beautiful writing. I just used to notice her way of writing and can say just copied her way of writing and improved a dumb writing to a beautiful one...

When our half yearly exams were so close that time a girl named Rachel came to the class. You can say I've been 15-25 days old there when she came...we both were new and got interested in talking to each other and became best friends in 4th standard. We shared a common school as well as common society, I just remember that once I felled from the stairs at school and her mother took me to her home first and then just applied some medicine and then let me go to my home...along with friendship we were each other's competitors as well which was so fun to compare marks and just look at the places it needed to be improved...

we both performed wonderful in the finals...but so sadly she had to shift again and to another state due to his father's job...I was all alone in my fifth class without any best friend. Each one at class had got a pair but I was the odd one out! I was so lonely I wanted her to come back but she didn't...

at the end of my fifth class our teachers used to get puzzled while guessing that the writing belonged to me or a girl named Yashika. Once in a English class test I got full marks while her marks were a little deducted and by mistake mam said that she got full marks...and she got to mam and said that I'm not having full marks...

so while checking our test when mam came to my seat she said in a loud voice " this is that writing!" I was so scared that what happened then I got to know the matter...and surprisingly I got to know that yashika had scored 0.01% more than me and secured 4th position while I was 5th. I got 96.43% while she got 96.44%. Quiet a good competitor!

then our sixth class came...her best friend was Divyansha, yes the girl with whom I sat at the very first day of my school at 4th class. Once in zero period I was down playing games at school and after that I got to know that our new teacher said the girls to make pair with another girls for sitting and I was surprised to see that yashika selected me as her bench mate. I just was so alone at my 5th as one of dearest friend left me! But yashika wanted to sit with me so I agreed.

I just asked her the reason for choosing me so she told me that her best friend is changing and she is not liking the changes she has got and she just got my name in her mind and exclaimed that I'm a good girl...well our story went unfriendly at starting but we soon became friends and very soon became besties! Her mother was junior librarian so sometimes after our half yearly or final exams I used to stay with her at the junior library and read books...

she was a novel musketeer!and I became a little bit as well...she preferred me my first novel ever for reading which I loved so much and just liked to irritate her for selecting my novels...

There was also a friend named Dipti . Her pouch has got holes and we used to say her to buy a new pouch but the next day she brought that pouch only...so me and yashika thought for giving her a surprise by buying a new pouch for her... I went to the market with my parents and then I selected a pink pouch for her , it was of ₹150 and just wrapped it by gift covering paper...the moment we gave her the gift she was opening it madly lika a small child...and when she saw the kit she was so happy which made both of us happy as well . Yashika gave me 50% of the money for the pouch the next day as it was decided... I too have the same pouch of blue colour till now...

Me and yashika were one of the closest competitors in class but she always was in a upper position but I used to be just exact next to her!and Dipti was always in top 3 among all the sections!

at the 7th grade all the things went online, I used to talk to her at a daily basis but so less and usually at nights...her paintings were so adorable and lovable as well ! She used to paint the walls and send me pictures... exchanging of phone numbers was done for the first time for this reason only...

In 7th grade before finals she once and for the first time came to my home...i knew no bound at that time and was so happy...but as COVID was not finished we just stayed at my home instead of going to park and playing. We used to study though not so seriously but we had no other options at the moment...

We weren't told our percentages, instead just received passing certificates...

In 8th standard mostly the things changed. Schools went offline but still we were required to take precautions and one student sat on a bench. I and yashika used to sit next to next in a row and when we got time used to gossip but at the time of studies we studied! In between for 2 months it went online due to high peak of COVID. After that I used to get to park and learn basketball, at first I was a really bad player but soon became good one...

Then at the July month we got messages that school will be reopening. I was so excited to go to school and when I went to school all the students even teachers said that I've became thin and long. Yashika always was higher than me in height and scores but at that moment I was one competiting in her height as well. We got exact equal height but weight was having a lot of difference! She was 9-10 kgs lighter than me but I had no problem with that I was always satisfied as I was better in sports...

Once when I was in park I met Rachel while I was going home, I was so happy to see her she was my bestie of 4th standard and meeting her after a time period of 5 years was so special moment. I told her about our class condition and about yashika and all the other things.....she just came there for nearly a week in that society only for her father's work...

At school I told yashika about that as well...and a girl named Anshikaa came in between the 8th class but became a good friend. She was 2kg more than me so i used to just hang on her and she just ran away from me in games period. Her looks were so unique and her nature was so friendly. 

I went to 2 chess tournaments in 8th and she attended the first one with me but in second one she was unable to come due to some of her reasons...

That time me, Yashika and Anshikaa were competitors. As usual yashika was at top me next to her and Anshikaa next to me!

I also do remember when the first time I went to yashika's home with my brother and her family welcomed me so well and they also ordered 9-10 different types of pizzas and did pizza party!

She used to live near a shiv mandir so once when me, mom and brother were crossing that area...my mother just said in joke "how about going to yashika's house?" I just said yes and then we went to the gali but in between got confused in which colony to enter . Then we called her mother and then went to her home. Her family had no idea that we will be coming there but that moment was so interesting. That day yashika taught me how to play free fire but I wasn't able to play so well but I just exclaimed BGMI is a little easy to control and it have good number of competitors...

In 9th standard our sections were divided on the basis of our extra subject selection. Fortunately me and yashika were in a common section but Anshikaa wasn't!

Once she also came to my home with her mother and brother as previous time she only came to my home so we just said her to come and visit our home with her family!

I had a wish to have my bangs and when yashika got bangs I just asked her that should I have bangs or not. She just said yes it will suit you! The moment I got her acceptance the very next day I video called her and surprised her with my bangs...for the starting of 4-5 days my bangs looked so weird but then just settled on my face. I used to go to swimming classes at morning and then used to attend my classes with my hairs open. She used to make my Sketch and I use to check out that how am I looking from that Sketch. Her sketches were just like the real.

I started my 9th standard there but shifted to another state due to family reasons. The time I was there in 9th the teachers and students used to get confused between me and yashika and proclaimed that we two looked so similar ! Though we were having so different looks! But we used to wear navy blue masks, glasses, had bangs, height was same, skin tone was similar, had a same style of down single pony and absolutely school dress was the same! She was having purple cat eye glasses though I was having orange circular glasses but still many of them got confused. I used to tease her that you are my twin...

These moments were so precious in my temporary life which I realised after getting separated from her...
