Mind Your Mind

When Alice first moved to Kentucky she thought no one would ever know.

She had recently shifted to Sphere HighSchool continuing her studies.

She had repeatedly told herself, "no one would know..it's okay". Her anxiety had taken over her and to her surprise, it had made her turn into an A grade introvert.

Weeks later she made friends with a group of nerdy girls. They would giggle at lunches and attend lectures together. It was like life was finally back on pace for her.

Although Bianca, the infamous queen bee of High School had already made notice of her. Well she enviously couldn't resist the new beauty as somewhere she saw her as a danger to her throne. She had already seen Adam, the guy she had a crush on talking about Alice.

She was bent on with figuring out where this mystery girl had appeared from to loot away her man. History took her back to middle school. Alice was sent to rehab from the middle school and to Bianca's horror it was because she had murdered someone due to psychological reasons. After a little bribery, she came to know there were rumors that Alice could see the dead and also helped them capture souls.

At first she didn't believe it but later on she looked through some names how they were connected to Alice and how all of them had mysteriously disappeared without a trace and even the police couldn't find their bodies till date. Bianca was shocked. She returned the same day to Kentucky to alert her friends.

Meeting her friends she came to know that Adam is going on a date with a girl called Alice. Bianca freaked out she had to do something and she went to the cafe where Adam and Alice were supposed to meet.

The moment Alice saw her she made an innocent face Bianca in anger lashed out on her. And that's when the sobbing face of Alice started turning into a wicked smile.

"So now you know who I am." She laughed hysterically.

Bianca retorted " yes I do know everything about ya. You can stop pretending already"

Alice chanted something under her breath and looked in Bianca's eyes.

Bianca was paralyzed at that spot. The world around her turned black. She couldn't speak.

"Oh my god, Bianca" Alice cried out.

Bianca was admitted though the doctors couldn't do anything. She was declared brain dead.

Alice came into her hospital room to visit.

"You weren't on my list. But you girl you are too nosy couldn't mind ya business "

Bianca trembled.

"Shhh babygirl don't make more noises. The more you do the more you suffer. My little secret is tied with you till I complete my job in Ohio" said Alice.

"Our secrets are what we make but our choice is who it stays with. These secrets if led out can destroy and make lives. These can be shortlived or long-lived. So you should always mind before listening to someone else's secret"
