Magical 100

Dear Diary,

Mum once said, do it for 100 days and you will never turn back. This sentence is something which left an imprint on me. I was 8 when I started writing journal and as I remember its only because she wanted me to inculcate this habit! It was definitely an exciting challenge, I took it up as she was my constant inspiration behind! Trust me, I haven't stopped since then, glad!

Though every now and then I kept asking her, why 100 days Mumma ? what's this about?.. She said will answer you once you do it !..Well, I don't remember if I asked her after 100th day .. But yes, I once read on the internet about the magic behind 100 days..any activity done constantly for 100 days, then turns it to a habit - WHOA !!.. On average .. if a certain behaviour is seen for 100 days, it isn't fake anymore .. it'ss a habit! and once you are there; it's an incredibly satisfying feeling of accomplishment.

Uhmm... was this the logic behind, the show Big Boss running for 100 days ?? Ha Ha .. This is was the intense discussion on the breakfast table today :).. a day that started late!

There was no conclusion to that thought yet but we had good laughter - a nice kick start to a positive day!..
