"Love is not always about being with each other.

Sometimes it is about being there for each other. ''

Keshav.

Keshav Sharma was one of the most popular guy in town. His cute dimples fascinated the females he would hang around with.

His Cool nature and his simplicity was loved by all. He smelt like fresh lemonade after shave. And his voice could seduce any hot girl around.

It was a cold winter evening around 8 pm. He was sitting all alone, away from the world that caused him pain. He knew that there was no more morning in his life.

There was no happy start. He had filled himself with anger and hatred and pushed away the people that once meant everything to him. He carried a loadsome burden deep within himself , cursing himself daily for Nandini's death.

"I killed her... ""I killed her. ''

He tried convincing himself, that he was the cause of her death. He looked at his hands and recalled at the moment when her hands were enfolded into his. The way she moved her fingers against his. Her soft touch would give him sudden chills. He felt apart of him missing as if it had gone to the land of the Unknowns along with Nandini's Soul.

The cold moon was peeking through the clouds floating above the Ganga water. The cold breeze rushed into him like the causes of the sea. He was about to light a cigarette when Aayush came and stood next to him, patting him on his back. Aayush was his 4am friend who always supported him in the worst of situations.

Aayush couldn't see keshav in this Condition Completely broken and shattered into pieces. He knew that it was difficult for keshav to get over Nandini's death as she was his first childood love. There were ways in which Aayush could help keshav to get over Nandini's death. But he believed that miracles do work.

Sneha

Sneha was one of the most cheerful person you could ever meet. She was way too friendly and could break the icing to the cake. She had a sculpted figure which was twine - thin. Her waist was tampered and she had burnished complexion. A pair of arched eyebrows looked down on sweepong eyelashes. Her delicate ears framed the button nose. A set of dazzling , angel white teeth gleamed as she blew gently on her carmine - red fingernails. It was a pleasure to see her flowing, moon shadow black hair. Her enticing, constellation - blue eye gazed. She had a bouncy personality and a sugar voice. She is more of a religious girl who believes that behind every evil man there's a good side too.

Sneha is a 27 year old, fashion designer working for INSD in kolkata. She's living in a dreams to make it. Her liveliness and her mesmerising smile brightens up the entire work place. But the hot coffee daily makes her a dumb piece of shit. And if she's around you... You wouldn't want to leave her accompany. She is as pretty as Angelina Jolie or Meghan Fox.

She believes in the word "Love "she believes that it's the most beautiful and the most purest thing that can never get faded.

she believes in destiny and the paths that her journey takes her...

She is a born beauty blessed by the Godness of Love.

First meet

27-year old fashion designer Sneha goes into a convenience store to buy a Coke, but accidently leaves it on the counter. Remembering the coke Sneha walks back to the store and sees a man , walking out of the store with a can of coke.

Sneha believing that the coke was hers, snatches it from him and drinks it one gulp.

Nitin was extremely shocked by her behaviour. Her hand hit against his twice. Her smile bought him back to life. He smiled back at her.

Aayush was standing in the corner an was watching them both. He was happy to see keshav smile after 8 months. He was really suprised by what was happening. He couldn't believe that a stranger could work miracles. "Nandini, he whisphers,. "I'm Sneha not Nandini and she walks out of the store.

As sneha gets up the bus she realises that she also left her wallet at the convenience store. When she goes back to retrieve her wallet and the clerk hands her the wallet and the can of coke she left behind.

Sneha feels a bit guilty for accusing that guy. She started recollecting the moment when they eyes meet together. She smiles to herself and wonders how could someone be so nice , even knowing it wasn't his fault he never uttered a single word. I owe him for this she says, with a smile running on her face.

Keshav sees her standing and smiling to herself. Is she mad ! Keshav looking at her continously without a blink of an eye couldn't figure out what was actually happening. Deep down he knew he had a dark past. That anger and hatred started arising while looking at Sneha and at the same time he wonders why is he unable to showcase his anger out upon her.

Sneha see's keshav lost in a deep thought. She walks up to him and interupts his thoughts and appologises. She leaves.Spending time with herself she wonders why she can't get over him.

Is it love ?

Or

Is it Infactuation!

She blushes of the thought if they would make a perfect pair and she would show him off to the world.

Next Day! Sneha was looking at herself in the mirror she confessess that she's not someone who likes going to the gym. Infact she prefers going for a morning walk. She heads off for a walk.

I love walking down the street and seeing faces and drama and happiness and sadness. She gasp, taking a deep breath.

She recalls the moment her eyes meet his. She was lost in deep thoughts. "Hey !"

She hears someone shout out to her. She turns to see and it was no other but her dream boy. Yes it was keshav. She walks upto him and smiles. What a coincidence she says, literally blushing at him. She couldn't even imagine that few minutes back she had dreamnt of him and right now he's infront of her. They both go to a park which was near by, keshav then tells her about his unforgettable past. The girl who he loved from childhood and he had to depart from her. Sneha holds his hand and interlocks it.

She then says , "I'm ready to dwell with you at every moment of your life, unless you allow me to and give me a place in your heart. " keshav running out of words couldn't acknowledge what was happening , he was lost and spechless .His heart craved for Nandini , but his soul wasn't allowing him to leave Sbeha. He felt a connection with her.His mind says, that she may too leave him and go forever but his heart says she's a keeper forever. "What should I do?"

I can't do this! I can't cheat her. This not right. Keshav burst out crying in the memory of his beloved love. She recalls each and every moment spent with Nandini. Sneha appologises for opening a part of her heart to him. She leaves by leaving him all alone to himself. She returns home and cries. She believed that if it is meant to be it will be cause Love will find its way back. She looks at her hand and she smiles with tears rolling down her eyes, taking a deep breath in and feeling the touch of his fingers.

She goes in for a shower and heads off to work.

Sneha was a super fast worker with great enthusiasm and energy but today she seemed week and lost. Mrs Jenifer Chakraborty the Head of the fashion designing INSD kolkata seems very active on the grounds of her employees. She notices that Sneha is not showing her best at work. She asks Tarun the security to call for her in her office.

Jenifer is no good heart. She's been always evil to the good as well as to the bad. Sneha knocks at the door.

"Come in Ms Sneha Dey, and have a seat.

Coffe or tea Jenifer asks, giving a slight smile.

Nothing Maa'm, she says, looking at Jenifer straight in the eye.

Suddenly a message pops up. "Are you free" Without even considering she was at Jenifer office she leaves, with excitement on her face leaving Jenifer shocked by her behaviour.

First kiss.

Sneha reaches J. W. Mariott Hotel. Sneha wearing on a black skin tight dress , looked so pretty with slight makeup on. That whoever passed her could not take their eyes out over her. Putting her hair behind her ears, she sees keshav walking up towards her with a bouquet of roses. He pats a kiss on her cheecks and hands over the flowers to her.

''It's for you!"

Thank you !

She looked stunning hot that he too couldn't take his eyes off her. For the first time over these 29 years he felt that his heart had skipped a beath. He never felt this way even when he was with Nandini. Today it was complete different.

They both never uttered a single word but just quietly lost into eachother's eyes. The waiter lands up from nowhere and interupts them. Keshav didn't want her to feel awkward with him so he breaks the ice and says , Stop being so serious that we may get discounts. They both burst out laughing. She tells the waiter that she prefers Indian food over Chinese. Keshav loved her simplicity and the way she handed things out so well. Keshav then remembers the pre-feminist world. The very thought of living their way makes men suicidal. He laughs too himself and places his order. My finance is not very good at communicating he says, looking at the ceiling and again they both burst out laughing. They go into a deep communication. They spoke about their likes and dislikes and everything unnecceray.

He was shocked to hear that for 27 years she had been single in search for a true love. She believed that her true love will find her at the correct time and at the correct place. The waiter interupts both of them by serving the food on the table.

She picks up a spoon begins to eat leaving him stare at her beauty. From the corner of her eye, she looks at him and notices that he's been staring at her. She breaks his thoughts by feeding him. He looks into her eyes as he opens his mounth allowing her to feed him, he see's love. He felt abit weired, but he preferred to remain silent.

They both finish up their meal and leave. It was 11 pm they were walking down the empty roads that lead to one destination.

The stars above them and the cool breeze embracing them. The moon was giving them the light through the darkness. Everything seemed so beautiful.

He pulled her close towards her , her body rubbing against his , he puts her hair behind her ears, and kisses her forehead. It was at first almost as if he hadn't wanted to kiss her. His mouth was hard on hers , unyielding; then he put both arms around her and pulled her against him. His lips softened. She could feel the rapid beat of his heart , taste the sweetness of apple still on his mouth. She wound her hands into his hair, as she'd wanted to do since the first time she'd seen him. His hair curled around her fingers, silky and fine. Her heart was hammering, and there was a rushing sound in her ears , like beating wings.

''That was my first kiss, "she said.

''My first real one''

He bought his head close , resting his forehead on hers. Black waves fell around her face , soft against her cheeks. His chest rose and fell as he drew in breath.

"Felt like the first real one for me, too. ''

Then he kissed her again, it wasn't that long , and it certainly wasn't that kind of kiss you see in movies these days , but it was wonderful in its own way, all i can remember about this moment is that when our lips touched , I knew the memory would last forever till death do us apart.

"I don't know exactly what the future holds for me , she said, but if i ask you now to meet me there, will you?"

If not, I will bring the future here instead so I can live my dream right here, right now , with you.

He smiled and kissed her forehead. Her hot breath On his neck, closely entwined, under the stars, shinning like dimes. What could be more beautiful then this ? He craded her till midnight, under the moonlight dew.

Confused heart

It was 5 pm in the evening. She was standing by the sea , she closed her eyes and turned the pages of time to stop on a page to feel the extract how much she wanted to feel love. A similar feeling surrounded her and she could picture every moment of the night they shared. She looks up at the stars and thinks of him. Wishing she could see their light reflected in his eyes. She smiles at thought of how they shared they love under the perfect sky.

Keshav had been transferred to Mumbai. It was a new place for him with new faces. He hated the fact he had to be seperate from Sneha. It was 9 am In the morning keshav was clearing his throat, before he could leave for work. He then finds a letter in his pocket.

Dear Love ,

Behind those thousand kilometers

Is our love story that will never dissapear

Distance that may cause so many tears

I really do love you whether far or near.

Days may seem so gloomy

Nights may be cold and lonely.

I still think of you daily and constantly.

Dreaming you're here holding me tightly

Though you are not in my view

I still love you so true

In my heart there's only you

And together we can make it through

Cause our Love.......

Will endure all things and will never fail.

Love -Your future Wife.

Tears roll down from his eyes. He falls to the ground and thinks about the mistake he had made for giving his heart a second chance, when his heart only belonged to Nandini. He burried his face with hatred and guilt. The words of Sneha, her smile and her touch couldn't let him get over her.

His past and present haunted him.

Sneha checks her phone and she sees that theres not a single call or message from keshav. She calls him, but he does not pick up her call. She falls to the ground , crying like as if she had been broken into pieces. Four days had passed but there was no call or a text from keshav.

''Hi !"Are you ignoring me? ''

(message seen) but there was no reply.

"If I hurt you in anyway please let me know. ''

(message seen)

"I promise you, I'll be a better human...

(message seen)

"Baby, please don't ignore me this way. I can't imagine my life without you.

I can't stand this ignorance. If you found someone better in your life, do let me know, but don't keep me hanging like this. But just remember one thing I will love you till the Last breath of my life."

(message seen )

A month had passed by , keshav realises that he had to move on from his past. He feels guilty for ignoring Sneha without even giving her a reason.

He missed her presence and how she made him feel loved.

He takes out his phone from his pocket and messages her.

Keshav : ummm I'm extremely sorry for rudeless behaviour. I have been in two minds. The problem is not you it's me.

I can't get over my past. I try. But nothing seems to work. I can't get over Nandini , I die in her memory daily. Yes, I do love you ,Sneha the way you love me but not more then you do , but its hard right now.

Just give me space. Give me time to heal my broken heart. So that I can love you, the way you love me.

(message unread)

Four Days had gone by but there was no sign of Sneha. The message still showed (unread) He started panicing. All kind of negativity started running on his mind.

Sweat beads started rolling down from his forehead , dropping right down to the ground.

"Where are you?"

He feels lost without her.

Beeeeep!

Suddenly a message pops up on his screen.

Sneha: Hi

Keshav: hey , Is everything okay?

Sneha: Yes.

Keshav I know I have been a jerk. A real dissapointment but i appologise.

Sneha:No problem. It's Okay!

Keshav: I Know how you must be feeling right now. I do feel you and I appologise for making you feel this way.

Sneha: It's okay!

Keshav: Honestly speaking I can't live without you. life without you seems like as if someone has turned the lights off.

I've realised no one could make me feel love and love me like you do. You made me live once again and made me love once again.

Its sharp 12'o clock and i want to tell you Something.

Sneha: Tellme!

Keshav: "Will you marry me?"

(Sneha bursts out crying with happiness as she never expected him to propose her for marriage.)

Sneha: I will. Only if your not into minds

.

Keshav: So take my hand,I'll take the lead and we will go dancing till the end.

Sneha was still in a state of shock ! She couldn't believe that he had proposed her for marriage.

"Is it a dream or is it reality?"

She cries out with happiness.

"My Love !" "My true love! ""My first Love !"

Sneha: My phone is burning. It's almost gonna die off lets go to sleep.

Keshav : Yes Mrs Sharma.

(she blushes when he gives her is his Surname)

Keshav: I love you till the last breath of my life.

Sneha: And every breath i take will carry your Name in it.

Love you once again , like how we loved each other under the moonlight.

Happy Ending

14 February 2019.

I wake up the way Kings wake , just the same. We are all blessed with the same time , the same experience of consciouness. My eyes great they shine , my heart and my lungs expand. There are times I feel so blessed to live to live the same day over and over , even though I age for those few moments are so Identical. At first there are the dreams, then the sense of welcoming a new day , the anticipation of whatever comes. Sipping on a cup of tea her face runs through my mind. Those watery eyes where i see myself through and her heart which bought me back to life.

The lazy wind pushes against the unmoun grass like a child sending dandelions seeds on their way. Sneha woke up with chills, the feeling of being wrapped in his arms the entire night. She couldn't imagine what life would be without him. She looks at the picture in her wall which says, "If you Love something set it free. If it comes back to you its yours.

And if it dosen't it was never yours. ''

She smiles and says , "True love will find its way back to heart where it belongs. ''

BEEEEP! BEEEEEEEEP!

A message pops up on her screen.

Hubby: Sharp 12 at tibet house.

Wifey: Good morning.

Hubby: 10 min left.

Wifey : Wait ! What? I thought it was 8.

Hubby: Hurry Beautiful, before I land up to your place and plant you kisses all over your body.

Wifey: ( blushes ) I'll be there see ya.

As I came out of the washroom I was shocked to see my World, my future,

He was standing infront of me, close to the opposite wall. Our hearts were beating fast and we were smiling like anything. I held my skirt tight, I was afraid, nervous but happy. He had a shine in his eyes and then he took a step forward so did I. Soon there was no distance between us; he held my hand and looked into the eyes. At that moment I felt something so peaceful and safe.

Soon he wrapped his arm around me and now our hearts our connected, we could feel the beating with the same rhythm. I closed my eyes and for the first time ever, instead of darkness I could see his face, I was happy it wasn't my first hug but this was the time I felt so different and I didn't want to let it end. The warmth of his body and how his clothes smelled seemed to be my forever craving thing.

He threw me on the bed and kissed me from head to toe. That feeling.... how do i explain ! He kissed me so hard that he took my breath away. Under the beedsheets we lie naked. He kissed me on my forehead. His warmth breath hitting against my skin.

I could feel our souls connecting from within .The love growing even more.He holds me even more closer and says , Love is worth fighting for through all the pain .

It's 11pm in the night we take a walk again, in the empty isolated streets, the stars shinning above and the moon singing out its heartfelt glory, two souls falling in love all over again under the moonlight.

Your Guardian Angel

Chapter 1

The rain falls because the sky can no longer handle its heaviness.

Just like the tears fall because the heart can no longer handle its pain. ''The rain falls because the sky can no longer handle its heaviness.

Just like the tears fall because the heart can no longer handle its pain. ''

I remeber the date quite well December 22nd 2012. It was a cold dark night and I was on my way home from work. Driving on a dark road, not a car in sight all I could see was the light poles along the road. It occured to me that it wasn't that late and it was odd that the roads were that quiet.

I continued to drive along the dark road until I saw a car pulled over the dark road, I drove more slowly passed the car just to take a closer look and make sure alls well.

I pulled over and what startled was that a face maked up red and blue. I look closer. It was the same girl who saved my life twice. Yes, it was kimberline Stark, the daughter of kemp Stark chairman of SR Electronics, the very company I work at. I started to feel shivers down my spine and feel the slightest feeling of panic. I had rushed her to the hospital. Her father was there, with tears in his eyes. I was happy I could pay her back in some way. She saved me from myself, without her, I would still be holding hands with a toxic past.

The Next Day I came to visit her, I had bought her lilies as I observed earlier, that her favourite flowers were plain white lilies as it seemed so pure like her. I sat there right beside her, looking at her she seemed perfectly beautiful even though she was at her worst. He held my hands tight, as if she never wanted to leave me for a second and with tears rolling down her eyes, she said, "(If all men are born free, how is it that all women are born slaves?" I was a bit confused at first when she made this statement but then I discovered through her eyes that she's been suffering through some mental illness or physically being tortured. I wanted her to speak up and tell me, I wanted her to know that I would be there for her, but she refuses to say a single thing and prefers being murdered daily by endless torture.

Kimmy was dishcharged from the hospital the next day. I was so caught up with my work.that I completely forgot about her existence. Days had passed by, and the nights seemed even more darker, then the first night I meet her out of nowhere at life's highway. Her sudden thought about her broken heart, made me think about her.

"Why am I thinking about her?"

Those marks on her face kept haunting me, each and every minute that her face pictured on my mind, as if it had something to do with me.

It was late evening when I called Kimmy several times on her mobile. On my repeated failure to get a response, I sent her a text message hoping she'd respond in time. But she didn't. Thinking she might be busy with her daily schedule of work, I put my mind to rest and got busy with work. Unable to fully concentrate. I checked my phone again. To my utter dismay, there was still no reply from her. Even though I could sense something fishy, I ignored it, choosing to wait for a few more minutes instead. My heart was beating faster and faster. Somewhere deep down I knew she needed me the most.

My heart was beating faster and faster. Somewhere deep down I knew she needed me the most.

How could I not save her. When she risked her life many a times to bring me back to life. Left with no option, I decided to go to her flat in Central Kolkata. I took the bike keys and left home. All through the way, I tried to remain calm, convincing myself that she'd be fine. As I entered the apartment complex, I noticed that there were blood droplets all over the floor.

I went upstairs and rang the doorbell. Unable to get a response, I rang the bell again and tried to peek in throught the keyhole. I soon concluded that no one was there and left. On my way back home I saw her standing right infront of my complex like a beggar you wouldn't know. Her body was terribly marked up,her clothes torn apart, her lips bleeding and her eyes swollen. She was in pain. I rushed towards and carried her to my room. Kimmy didn't speak a word but kept crying. I wiped the tears from her face and calmed her down.

Please tell me what happened ?"

I continued, but she refused to say anything. Neither her mom and dad knew what she was going through. I sat beside her, running my fingers through her hair, putting her to sleep. While she was asleep I read through her Secret diary without her permission. My guess was right. She was tortured my her old ex lover. Every night when the world was asleep, she would stay up and burry her face with tears Her Soul craving for someone to set her free from the cruelty done to her every single day.

I looked at her. She looked beautiful even in pain. Leaving her to rest, I went out to the balcony and called Nicholas, my close friend. He was the only person whom I can count on in such a situation. I explained to him everything and asked him to come up and accompany me, but he fell off to sleep even before I could complete my sentence.

There was something about Kimmy, that keeps me alive. And I wonder what is it ?

Kimmy woke up with disturbance running through her mind. I couldn't see her in pain.

Her problems were mine now. I sat beside her, taking her in my arms, holding her tight. I could feel the warmth of her body, against mine. Her eyes were the same dull colour. Her face lost. She kept looking at me. And I couldn't take my eyes out of her.

She looked puzzled and I kept looking at her without saying a word.

"I love you, Vike. ""The honest confession was made in that one magical moment.

"I love you too. "I bent forward and planted a long kiss on her forehead. Her eyes meet mine and melted me with it's intensity - intensity of unconditional love that sent shivers down our spine. That night we both cried and laughed out together. Our Souls had become one.

woke up lying next to her. She looked perfectly pretty, like the divine raise of the morning sun. I bent forward and gave her a slight peek on her cheek. She gave a wicked smile, pinching me hard. She sat on my lap. I put my arms around her, holding her tight, and buried my face in her neck. She smelt wonderful.

'Promise me you will never leave. '

Never till a million years to come,I replied. '

We kissed, slowly. I closed my eyes, giving in to the equisite feel of her mouth, her lips and her tongue. Combined with the mild flavour of her mouth felt like a ripe fruit. I pushed my hand under her t-shirt and caressed her back, feeling every bone under her smooth, satiny skin. She was like a gazelle.

'Your hands are warm. '

I began planting small kisses along her collarbone while undoing the clasp of her bra.

'Mm hmmm'

She pulled away and, in a smooth move, vdrew it out through the top of her shirt.

I laughed. How did you do that so quickly

'Shush she said and brought her lips back to mine.

'I want to see you,'I whisphered against her mouth.

There's too much light, she complained, then pulled her shirt over her head. Just when my head was forming the next sentence 'L' word was threatning to pop in my head, the phone rang.

'Damn!' she cursed.

'Let it ring. '

That's yours. '

Then definetly let it ring then. '

'No no. You should get it,'she insisted as she climbed off my lap. Very reluctantly I got up to get my phone. It was her Dad.

'Good morning Sir, 'Yes, I'll be there in an hour. . . '

Hanging up, I felt guilty. I turned to look at Kimmy.

'Was that Dad?"

'Yes'

I wanted her to speak up and tell me, I wanted her to know that I would be there for her, but she refuses to say a single thing and prefers being murdered daily by endless torture.

Kimmy was dishcharged from the hospital the next day. I was so caught up with my work that I completely forgot about her existence.

"Please tell me what happened ?"

I woke up lying next to her.

'Yes. He called to ask if I would be showing up or not.

She was standing by the bay window in just her shorts; She looked unbelieveably sexy and I wondered how someone could be so comfortable naked. I looked at my watch. I was running out of time. We took a quick shower together.

Our relationship had an inseperable bonding.

I kept looking at her as she packs my Lunch.

She seemed more like a typical Wife to me, than a girlfriend.

'Baby, let's go for along drive. 'She wanted to salvage the little time we had at hand before work beckoned.

' I don't think that's a very good idea. We have to go to office right now, remember?

'let's go,' I requested.

'let's wait for a few more minutes, please. I want to feel you in my arms, I wan't to look deep into your eyes and tell you how much I love you.

'You will never change. 'She gave me a wicked smile.

I dropped her to office after our delightful moment together. As I saw her enter the gate of her office building, I thanked my stars for the good fortune of having someone like Kimmy to love with all my heart.

But somewhere in the corners of our minds, I knew that we still had the fear of loosing eachother. Never in my wildest dream did I think that one person could light up my entire life, that my every decision would require her approval.

I loved Kimmy endlessly, from the depth of my Soul. She was my inner peace and the one who bought me back to life.
