His successful career journey prompted him to build a complex to be considered as a jewel of perfection and he launched his dream project referring it as a dream project of a builder .

Money power, contacts, and greed of making fast money resulted in gross negligence of compliance requirements, customer satisfaction and additional construction beyond permissible/ approved provisions.

Having exhausted patience of resolution from the builder and local administrative authorities, representatives of residents referred the matter to court. The matter went from lowest to highest court. Courts are temples of justice. Courts evaluated and ordered the demolition of additional construction.

From representatives, the builder was requested to accept the verdict as blessings showered by almighty through his temple of justice and builder graciously accepted blessings and implemented court order to make complex as the jewel of perfection
