A girl was born to a Very Rich Family who lived in a Big Villa, which is far away from the Crowded City, on the Eve of Diwali, or most people mention it as Deepawali. The Baby Girl born was the First heir of the Family who was the Precious One for the whole Family. As there was no one else to inherit the Property of Vijay Malhotra, The Billionaire was very happy to have a daughter as it gave some Hope to him for his property inheritance. Due to which, he gave her a Beautiful name based on precious stone, Manideepa, which means "A lamp of Precious Stones", in short which meant very precious and very important. 

This story written above begins with the story of Vijay Malhotra and Nilakshi Acharya. Vijay Malhotra was the Eldest Son of Vrigraj Malhotra and Shanti Devi. Vrigraj Malhotra was A sincere and honest Business Man and wanted both of his sons to be also like him. Vijay and Anush were his two sons and Manika was his youngest daughter. Vijay was very studious, Brilliant and was of sincere, obedient, calm and cool mind with daring attitude while Anush along with being obedient, studious and Brilliant he was notorious in nature. Manika was of shy nature but was very beautiful. Vijay was multi-talented and mostly stayed away from Girls while Anush was used to partying and girls. 

Analyzing the character of two of his sons and one daughter, Vrigraj Malhotra decided to bring his eldest son to join his own business. Vrigraj called his two sons and daughter that he wants anyone of them to join his business and he found Vijay capable of it, so would he like to join his(Vrigraj's) business or he will do something else ?? Hearing what his father said Vijay immediately agreed to join his(Vrigraj's) business without asking a question and he knew very well that his father never said anything to any of the siblings without any reason without knowing their capabilities. So, from the next day onwards, Vijay started to go to his father's office along with his father. He was very punctual and strict regarding time which he learnt from his father in his childhood that "Time is Precious, we should never waste Time." And we should never procrastinate our works and do as well complete it on time. Remembering all these childhood vibes he always got ready on time and reached the office along with his father. 

He started his first day knowing all the employees working in the office and Greeting them and knowing for which department they all are working in the office and in which groups all the employees are divided as well and which all projects they all are doing. He also came to know who all were their Rivals in Business and who all were stronger and who all were weaker. Although, Vrigraj knew all his(Vijay's) strengths and weaknesses and knew for which department he was the Best but he asked Vijay to choose for his Department in the Office to work. He wanted to Test Vijay, whether he knew his own capabilities or not or many can say as well Vrigraj wanted to know how much he knew himself. Does he know himself better than his father or not ?? To the Surprise of Vrigraj, Vijay selected the Department to join in which of course Vijay was not the Best but also not Bad or as well anyone can say that it was his Second Best Skill.

Although, Vrigraj knew all of it but then also he couldn't identify that why would his elder son Vijay, choose a Department in which he is not best or Second best, although the Department in which he is the Best is present in his office and he too has got the option to work in with that but then also he didn't choose his Best Skill in which he is perfect. Vrigraj was all lost in his thoughts and that his confusion, his dilemma was clearly visible in his face which was understood by his son Vijay. Vijay cleared his Dilemma by saying that there were very few Employees working in Marketing Department but many Employees working in Purchasing Department or you can as well say that there is a shortage of Employees in Marketing Department for which he chose to work in that Department and learn from his Seniors which will help in the Growth of the Organization and the Organization will spread more and more. Hearing those words from the mouth of Vijay, Vrigraj's eyes lit up and moreover every employees present over there were impressed and there were clapping's heard in the hall of the office. From the First day of the Office, Vijay had made place in everyone's heart and everyone welcomed him from their bottom of the hearts. From that day onwards Vijay worked very sincerely in the office and as he had every idea regarding how to manage the office in all departments he helped all other employees and even learnt from his Seniors in which he needed help and gained knowledge. So, after that Vijay joined Vrigraj's Business his Business started growing speedily and made many profits in a very less time which caught many of the Rivals eyes.

This was the turning point of Vijay's life. Some seeing Vrigraj's Business growing prosperous and making immense profits were very jealous and at the same time some wanted to take that as an opportunity for the Tie-Up of their Business with Malhotra Family so that they also gain some profit. While there were some Business Organizations who were neither in the favor of Malhotra family nor they were their Business Rivals. They stayed away from them. Acharya's Family was one among them. Acharya's Family Business was being run by both the Father and Son. Father's name was Utkarsh Acharya and Mother's name was Chandrika Devi. They are the Parents of elder Daughter Nilakshi Acharya and younger son Akanksh Acharya who were at three years of difference in the age. Nilakshi Acharya was a very shy natured very Principled girl as well as good cultured girl just like her father who was very friendly to both his son and daughter but their mother was a Strict woman who taught them every social values and how to live with the society and stand among them and live a normal life. She taught them never to discriminate anyone based on anything. She taught them to see everything in equal eyes.

Akanksh was also just like her sister was a very good cultured person with all principles and angry person. The goal which he desired he means to get it or achieve it at any cost. Both Brother and Sister loved each other very much but Brother loved his Sister more than anyone else and she was the only person in the world who had her control on her brother's angers and whom her brother used to listen. Utkarsh Acharya as well as Akanksh Acharya when joined Acharya Family's Business in their Business Organization used to listen their Advisor and do things accordingly as well take decisions keeping all his words in their minds. Amrikant was their Advisor and he was very trustworthy as well due to an incident where he was asked to give all the information of Acharya's Business and he will be given a handsome amount of money but then also he denied also he was asked to leave their business and become their company's supervisor but then also he denied. Knowing this Utkarsh Acharya hired him as the Trustworthy Employee of the Organization.

He is working as the Supervisor since Utkarsh alone handled the Business after his father's death. After seeing Malhotra's business empire prospering so much he decided to talk to Utkarsh regarding Tie-Up of the Organization with Malhotra's Business for a good profit. When he talked to Utkarsh as well as his son Akanksh both were against this Advise as they all wanted to grow alone without any help of anyone but in Business it is difficult to grow alone with so much Business rivals and Competitors and moreover they had doubt whether anyone was Faithful regarding this Tie-Up. As Acharya Family don't trust anyone so easily without any proof of the opponent's loyalty. But then also Amrikant said that again and again in order to convince both of them to have a meeting with Vijay Malhotra or Vrigraj Malhotra regarding the Tie-Up. After many attempts of convincing them, at last they agreed to have a meeting and discuss regarding both the companies Tie-Ups. For the Tie-Up discussion, Amrikant himself took the charge of taking the Proposal to Malhotra Office and talking regarding the same and fixing the Meeting Time and Details. 

As soon as Amrikant reached the office of Malhotra Family, he was stopped by the Guard of the Office standing outside the Building. Amrikant said that he wanted to meet the Owner of the office and he is Amrikant, the Reputed Supervisor of the Acharya Family Business. Hearing this the Guard asked him to wait for sometime outside and he went inside and made a call to the Office Land phone which was in the Cabin of Vijay and he answered the phone. The Guard said that the Supervisor of Acharya Family has come to meet you and talk regarding something. Should I let him inside or tell him that you are busy so that he will come later. Hearing this, Vijay immediately replied not to ask him go but let him in to his Cabin. Hearing this the Guard, kept the phone and asked him to go to the second floor in which was situated Vijay's Cabin. At that time, Vijay called the peon present in his floor by ringing a Bell present in his Cabin and asked him to bring the person to his Cabin who will come this floor by Elevator (Lift) if he asks regarding the location of his Cabin.

The Peon understood and Nodded his head in yes. As soon as Amrikant came out of the Elevator, he saw the Peon standing outside the Elevator as if he was waiting for him. Amrikant asked him the location of Mr. Malhotra's Cabin and the Peon asked him to follow him and took him to Vijay's Cabin as ordered by Vijay. As soon as Amrikant entered Vijay's cabin with his permission, Vijay humbly asked him to have a seat. Vijay even asked him tea or coffee after Amrikant had a seat. Amrikant at fast said "No Thanks." But after that Vijay persuaded him to take something he said he will drink some water. Then Vijay called his peon and asked to bring a glass of water and ordered coffee for himself. Then he asked, how today the weather has changed that a member from Acharya Company has come to Malhotra Company regarding Business?? Hearing this Amrikant replied that he wanted to talk regarding the two companies Tie-Ups for the future gains and profits. He showed the file which consisted the profits of Acharya Business and all the present status of the Business and also showed the file where it what benefits would both the Organizations gain if they Tie-Up together.

All these were good opportunities for Malhotra Family but Vijay said that he needs some time to think and decide. So, he hopes that Acharya Family Business will also co-operate with them. Such Big Decisions are not taken immediately, they are after proper discussions. Amrikant agreed to this but was in a dilemma whether Malhotra Family will agree to this Proposal. After returning from Office that day, Vijay changed and freshened up and straightly went to his father's room where he was sitting on a Jerking Chair with his eyes closed. Vijay knocked his door and Vrigraj asked him to come in. He discussed all the today's office matters with Vrigraj and kept his opinion on that, that he thinks it is a good opportunity because he thinks Acharya Family is trustworthy and loyal and if the Bond is Strong the company will flourish rapidly. Hearing this Vrigraj asked him to show the File which Amrikant had showed to him. Seeing all the Data in the File and calculating the Future Benefits he asked Vijay to talk to Amrikant and arrange for their meeting. 

As soon the weekend came, Vijay got the Time to call Amrikant. He called Amrikant on Saturday and fixed the meeting on Sunday evening. The Meeting was organized for the both the families and the important employees of the both companies. The Meeting was Organized in a Family Party that was in a Grand Hotel's Lobby where both the Companies Heads will sign the Agreement of Tying Up both the Companies along with some conditions from both the Sides. The Event and The Party was organized by the Acharya Family and Amrikant was there to take care of everything. He took the Charge of organizing the Meeting in the Event and Managing everything. Acharya Family and their employees had reached the party and Amrikant was there to Welcome the Family of Malhotra. The Party was kept at 6:45 pm and the Meeting in the Party was kept at sharp 7:00 pm. And Malhotra Family were Time cautious.

They reached at sharp 6:50 pm so that they Attend the Meeting on Time. Amrikant welcomed them by shaking hands with the male Heads of the Family and giving bouquets of flowers to the Owners of the Vast Business Empire. They talked with each other for a short Time as it was time to strike 7:00 pm in two minutes they entered the Lobby where Big Sofas were kept around the long oval Glass Table. After being Seated on the Royal Sofas around the Table and Before starting the Meeting, Amrikant found it necessary to introduce everyone to each other. And Starting from the Acharya Family, he introduced Acharya Family Business Owner and the Head of The Family Mr. Utkarsh Acharya and his wife Chandrika Devi. He said that Utkarsh is handling this business alone since his father left and now his Younger Son Akanksh has recently started helping him in the Business. And He himself is the Supervisor of Utkarsh Acharya regarding his Business since he started handling the Business. Listening this Vijay asked only this much are there in whole if the Acharya Family?? Hearing this question Akanksh replied, "Of course Not". He said, "Perhaps Amrikant Uncle forgot to introduce my Elder Sister, Miss. Nilakshi Acharya."

And said, "God knows why Amrikant Uncle forgot to take her name Today." Hearing this Nilakshi quietly pulled Akanksh down to stay quiet and sit. Amrikant also regretted for his mistake and introduced Her as Acharya Family's Elder Daughter. Hearing which Vijay said let me now introduce me and my family to you all. He started from his Father saying him as the Head as well as the owner of the Business, Mr. Vrigraj Malhotra and his mother Mrs. Shanti Devi and his younger Brother Anush Malhotra and youngest sister Miss. Manika Malhotra and he is the Eldest Brother as well as a Loyal Business Employee and a sincere and obedient Son, Mr. Vijay Malhotra. At first glance, Vijay marked that Nilakshi Acharya was very beautiful and he was lost in her enchanting Beauty and at the other side Akanksh was enchanted by Manika's Beauty. At the start of Agreement Documents Verification, the two discussed all the Conditions. The Malhotra's expected Loyalty and Sincerity as well as Taking and Fulfilling the Responsibility not only by the Company owners but also by the Employees.

If any employee became disloyal and insincere and he was caught red handed or evidence has been found against his fraud then the company will kick him out of the Company and it will himself be responsible for all the deceits. And if further after joining if there is losses rather than Profits, Acharya Company will not back up at any cost and both the companies will face Losses altogether. Whenever any new product is being launched or any decision regarding the company will be taken, it will not be taken in anyone from the Malhotra Family Owners Absence at any cost. Decision will be made and implemented in front of both the Companies. And At any Cost if Acharya Family wants to back up then they have to pay the penalty depending upon the losses being occurred after they will be leaving the Tie-Up. These were all the Conditions from the Malhotra company and the same was made by the Acharya Family. The Deal was made. The Tie-Up between the two companies were made. And The Agreement too was signed that to in front of the Lawyers from the two companies. 

But there was a problem where Shrikant Rana wanted to Tie-Up with Malhotra and wanted to take up all the profits of Malhotra Business Empire but after the Deal his plan has flopped. He shows himself to be a Friend of Vijay Malhotra but is true Enemy of Vijay Malhotra. Vijay is completely unaware of it. The Party as well as the Meeting both went well. The Deal was final and moreover the Contract was signed with a happy ending which was not good with Shrikant Rana. After going everything well in the meeting, it was time to party. In the Party, Nilakshi was with her mother and other ladies who were her mother's friends. Her mother in a short time got busy with all her friends that she forgot her daughter. Realizing this, she asked her mother to move around and her mother let her do that. She moved to the corner of the Party and stood there witnessing the whole view of the party from corner. 

This is where Vijay got the Good Chance to talk to Nilakshi.
