Hopefully Engaged

Kiara as a child used to dream about how her love of life would be? Whom she would marry, how he would ask her out, her first kiss (well...many other thoughts like every other girl).

Kiara felt maybe Zishan is the one when he moved from another city in the same locality. Zishan has a perfect body, perfect looks and his comedic sense of humor. Secretly she started admiring him, he became his biggest crush.

It was freshers party and Zishan was right there, looking handsome like never before. Kiara was wondering, whether she should go and talk as they have not even officially met.

Three years of college passed away just being classmates and nothing at all significant happens between them while in college. Kiara moved out of the city for her post-graduation and Zishan decided to join his father business. They bid goodbye as family friends.

Kiara came back during summer break, they again met during family lunch. Yet even though they didn't exchange any sort of talks showing interest in each other. Zishan father out of nothing mentioned about Zishan travel to Nepal for office work, and Kiara happens to add that how much she loved many aspects of the Nepali culture. 

Zishan said, why don’t you join me, it’s just 2 days travel and I am traveling alone, it would be a good company.

Kiara couldn’t sleep that night, she was going to be on a short trip with the boy she admired for last so many years. Nepal trip was a stepping stone, they connected to a different level, realized they have so much in common to talk and discuss. To Kiara Nepal was no less than Switzerland, she felt as if her love started to bloom for Zishan.

As far as Zishan was concerned, he never showed up any signs of love towards Kiara, but he was always caring and warm. In fact now whenever Kiara used to come back home, they started to spend a lot of time be it movies, clubbing, short trips.

 

Suddenly one-day Zishan asked Kiara out for a drive after dinner and started expressing how much he missed her when she is not around. He said, “Kiara that after meeting you I thought, you were too beautiful and quite out of my league". Kiara was dumbstruck, she thought she is dreaming. The man she loved all the years telling her he feels for her too. That was the best evening they had to spend together. Their romantic talks and dates started.

It was valentine’s day, both were driving back after a dinner date. They reached home but bye seemed to be incomplete without goodnight kiss that day. Kiara closed her eyes and waited, her body was tingling with excitement as Zishan’s lips tenderly covered hers. Zishan strong arms encircled Kiara’s waist and he pulled her to his chest. She didn’t waste time and responded as her body commanded. She ran her hands along Zishan’s muscular back. And they both felt the sizzling embrace they could not resist anymore. Zishan gazed into Kiara's eyes after their beautiful first time and trailed his thumb across her lips and said hope I wasn’t being too forward, but I couldn’t help myself. Trust me, Kiara you are the one for the rest of my life. Kiara kissed Zishan back and said I’m looking forward to doing it again and again and again, Zishan you are my perfect one.”

For Zishan and Kiara, it is like blissful eternity.

Kiara post-grad got over, she came back home. Working was never on her list of items.    

Things were great for her, till the day Zishan decided to move to another country for his business. Their love talks and dates got restricted on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp now. It continued till 3 years, Kiara parents started to look for an ideal partner for her and she had no reason to say No to them.

Luckily Zishan moved back in town but he was too tied up in business, his work started becoming his obsession. Despite our regulars meetings, Zishan priority was business rather than the concern about me getting married to someone else.

 

For Kiara it was getting impossible to make her parents understand, also she met some super hot and super great men but the chemistry was nonexistent. She could think of Zishan only as her life partner, she wanted to be with the rest of her life. Zishan never said No, but was taking initiative or maybe was not understanding the implications of not taking a step towards Kiara now.

It went like this for 8 months, they started fighting but Zishan never made a move and never outright said anything. 

One fine day Kiar had to say yes to a man of his parents choice, the marriage got fixed.

Zishan got furious the day he got to know, he knew Kiara was head over heels for him, how she can say Yes to another man whom she doesn’t even know well.

Zishan decided to go back to Nepal (where their connect started) and settle down and set up his new business, he has to let go Kiara.

Zishan always felt hesitant about marriage. For him spending the rest of his life with one person can be a crazy thought to wrap his head around. He loves Kiara and wanted her but even he didn't know why he was scared of marriage...he adored her but why the hesitancy? Zishan couldn’t find the answer and moved on. 

The best part was he didn’t stop Kiara to move on in her life. When Zishan moved to Nepal, they decided not to talk for a few weeks to gain some clarity. But they both couldn’t stop, love and bond between them overruled. Kiara is happily settled in her new life and Zishan is aspiring high to set up his business to the next level. But there love conquered all, they still meet, date, make love, care for each other, just that their lives have taken them to separate paths.

 

This story might feel different from usual love stories and then what is generally expected in the end.

It was woven into the most beautiful love story, as the love has not died and is fresh as was at first sight. Kiara met the man of her dreams and got his love also in return.

She could have never imagined that love of her life would love her back and likewise for Zishan, she loves him back much deeper than Zishan ever imagined, even Kiara marriage could not break their love bond for each other. 

Destiny and deeper forces in life always work in tune with our deepest desires and dreams.

Love always wins over all obstacles.
