As said earlier Hana's destiny was like a juxtaposed dominos. One can't even arrange her life like that of others. Not like studying, work and marrying. Never at all. She was blessed with the curse or cursed with the blessings others can't get easily Those who hurt her or her mother would have the worst consequence coming and at times she experienced some external force communicating with her. She was very much attached to her mother, every time, everywhere. Her mother was almost like a guardian angel to her, which, at times annoyed Hana. She wanted to be independent since she learnt to understand things around her. Hana preferred creativity to copy or follow what others make. Yet, her creativity was filled with such weird inquisitive ideas that one finds it hard to accept them. For instance, she was asked to draw a national flag. She learnt it as orange, white and green strokes for saffron, white and dark green. She found herself clumlsy while drawing double lines below every text for neatness like her classmates who were adept at it. If drawing two lines could make her mad, the Asoka Chakra in the middle of the flag was like rocket science to her. While drawing the flag, she struggled with the centre part of the flag, tore a few papers and got exhausted. Meanwhile, she felt something roll and hit her canvas shoes. She found a ball, a rubber ball that contained blue on one side and Maroon on the other, segmented in a shape of an alphabet "s". Inspired, she drew the image at the centre and bragged to herself for her creativity. The teacher went past her, found her flag quite different from the other students. The teacher picked the sheet up and was shocked." Hana! What is this my dear? What did you draw in the place of a wheel?" The seven-year naive Hana sighed "Miss, it is difficult to draw lines so I coloured it like a ball!" grinned Hana. " No dear, you must not! It is against the conventions . The flag must contain the same tricolour and Ashoka chakra in the middle. You can't change for your convenience." "Why?" asked Hana to herself and there her refusal to standards and conventions continued. She never knew that she just marked her destiny unknowingly on the flag. A tricolour flag with the peace emblem of South Korea.
