Ananya, haven’t you dressed yet? Be quick everyone has come and we have to leave within minutes, Rasi says while wearing her high heels. Yeah! Rasi I know just wait for a couple of minutes.

Ananya and Rasi were cousins. They both were going in a marriage ceremony at Rasi's maternal home, by traveling two and a half hour. And Ananya was quite excited, the reason was something different.

The hotel was decorated hypnotically. There was beautifully decorated ‘Mandap’ in the middle of the hall. Ananya and Rasi were standing beside the Mandap, attending the rituals along With guests and family members.

“I have to talk with him today anyhow may be it’s just hello or anything”, Ananya talking with herself in a muted voice with a blushing smile on her face. Rasi asked “what happened, why are blushing so hard, Ananya. “Nah! Nothing” Ananya replied in hurry. “Don’t worry your turn will come soon”, Rasi smirked. They both laughed together a loud. Everyone arched up their brows and started to stare at them. Ended up with a murmuring voice sh, sh, sorry said by these two pretty girls.

The rituals ended up with the blessings of Rasi's maternal uncle and aunt as they both were mother and father of bride. Ananya’s eyes was searching someone very desperately. “Let’s go and meet my cutest sister, I mean bride of the day”, Rasi interrupted her. Umm! What? Hmm! Lets go, Naira said in confused voice.

They both went to the bride's room. Rasi, Ananya and her maternal sister hugged each other tightly as they entered the room. Ananya and Rasi congrats her for a successful, lovely and happy marriage life. Rasi's maternal sister Samridhi and Ananya were close enough and usually talk with each other because Ananya spends most of her vacations at Rasi's maternal home. Samridhi was sweetest person ever she seen, as per ananya admitted. This trio was just unstoppable and kept talking unless someone knocked on a door. Samridhi's bother entered in the room by saying, “di may I come in?” And Ananya could be seen blushing like a red tomato while listening to his voice. And one could guess she was searching for him.

His name was Shaurya and everyone called him ‘Subbu’. He has a dashing personality. He was tall and not overly muscular. His eyes were deep and attractive where one could get lost. He was wearing square framed glass. His cosmic smile was enough to show his modesty. He was in funky, bright-coloured trouser and a red strip black t-shirt.

He started to tease his sister and in spite of her shying, someone else was feeling shy and guess who? Ananya was feeling shy in front of him and her eyes were looking down and there are goosebumps on her stomach which kept increasing as he spoke something. In between all these she again remembered that she has to talk with him today anyhow.

All the ceremonies ended and it was time to say goodbye. Both Rashi and Ananya could be seen sad but the reason was different. Rasi was going to miss them all but Ananya was feeling so heartbroken and disappointed. She started doing prayer, “God please give me some clue so that I can guess that we both are in love” and after a couple of minute, he came besides their car and gave Rasi's power bank which she forgets in his room. As he was taking back his hand, Ananya’s finger touched his palm and she could feel butterflies in her stomach. And the car started, they all greeted them. She thanked God.

Ananya reached her home, went to her bed, she started crying and missing him badly because she was so emotional and sentimental girl. Next morning she took his number from Rasi's cell and decided to text. She texts him hello!, Replied “yes, who's you”, “Ananya here”, “oh! Hey”. Slowly-slowly they started to talk and that melted his heart too. They now couldn’t able to spend even a single day without talking. Video calls, messages everything they do to get in touch. And the day came he proposed him. Both were now engaged as love birds. Time flies and people change and the same in their case.

After a few months, he started to ignore her. She cried all those nights when they didn’t talk. She used to text him long messages, every day, every time when she missed him. But no replies. She never slept on those scary nights. She got tensed, couldn’t get focused on things. Everything seemed so worst, she thought that can’t handle things, she is used. She cursed him but at the same time missed and loved him and desperately waiting for the day when he comes again. But those who left us in halfway never come back to see. Thereafter, one day he texts her and said,” I am sorry, I can’t live in these relationships because of our families”. She blocked him and decided to forget all those things but didn’t succeed. She used to unblock him 10-12 times a day, checked his online-offline status, his about and his display picture and related every little thing with herself but that wasn’t same because he was living and enjoying his life and he never missed her so how could she thought that he did everything for her. Even after a break up she used to text him with long chats and gets disappointed every time, still did after a few days and again that happened. Well said, “a hope never let your desires die”. So, she decided to kill that hope. She promised, “she’ll never look back”, will erase all fake memories and start a new life”. Ended up with a quotation,” true love only exists in reel life not in a real-life”, except in family’s case.

A lesson she learned, “all that was a delusion of her mind and heart. Let go, forget it but don’t forget what it taught you. Don’t care even about what you care the most. Stop worrying about the things you have lost, peoples you have lost. Things and peoples who are meant to be with you are with you. And sometimes, somebody's absence makes you a better person. Cherish their absence. It's always a blessing in disguise. This too shall pass, God has a greater plan for you”. Every time meddlesome was her feelings, temerarious was her synonyms, crucified her pride in that ride. Yet she rises by burning that horror, scary though lovely nightmare.
