Friends

Anna stood on the balcony, staring at the left wing of the castle. She sighed; her family had the darkest secrets. She and her cousin Jenny were close friends and family. They lived in England, at Westover Castle. Their ancestors were among those who sought to conquer the world and were late settlers of England. Their ancestor, Freya Evans, had been abandoned by her aunt and uncle, and her parents had gone missing when she was 3. Her parents went to England for a mission, and it was rumored that something bad had happened to them. So, Freya, who wanted revenge more than anything, traveled to England after she turned 18. She settled in England and started looking for answers. She found out that the thing that killed her parents was death. She wanted to continue her research, but she soon fell in love with a man named Robert Lockwood. They got married and had a baby. Anna was 16 at that time. She planned that when she and Jenny turned 24, they would live together.

They had heard stories that their family had been related to Shakespeare and how they were royally connected to Einstein and all. Anna rarely ever had friends. Most people envied her in school. She had won the talent show, the beauty contest, the music championship, and the story-writing competition when she was 7. Most of all, she was the one who got the highest grades in her school every single year. She was even offered a scholarship to a prestigious school in London, but she refused to move from her old school where Jenny had just moved to. Most people were surprised to see that she finally had a friend.

Victoria, the school's biggest bully, tripped Anna and said, "Well, well, well, what do we have here? A bunch of smelly dustbins walking around. Well girls, take the other one, and I will take care of this one." She said as she rubbed her dirty foot on Anna’s long, blonde hair.

As she dragged her by her hair to the garage of the school, James came and said, "Stop." That took her by surprise, both the girls. He took Anna to a safe place and asked, "Are you ok?" Anna looked at him and asked, "Why did you save me?" Her voice was sweet and musical.

She got up and noticed that she bruised her leg. It was bleeding so much. She looked pale. "You have to rest." "No! I have to go back for Jenny. Oh, what if they might have done to her? And yet, today was her first day!" She yelped as James pulled her down and said, "George is looking after her. Do you want to go to the infirmary or do you want to hang out in here?" "I'll hang out in here, thanks."

After some time, she went to the headmaster and submitted the video that James and his friends recorded as proof. Victoria immediately got expelled, and Victoria had many friends.
