First Day

Nivedita: "Hi Sruthi how was your vacation?"

Sruthi: "Good, by the way, what is your 10th mark? "

Srisha: "Oh stop it! Oh Hi! New admission? What's your name? ( looking at another girl)"

The girl: "My self Vijaya"

And yes this is the beginning of a new academic year. Boys and girls are entering the class and trying to find a place to fit in.

Srisha is a well-socialized person who knows almost all girls and boys in the class personally. One can find her anytime talking with anyone.

SUDDENLY a boy shouts! "VIJAY!!... Its Vijay sir, He is going to be our class teacher!! He is coming!"

The class settles down.

Sir enters and introduced himself. Later he took a list of students and started calling out their names (and students stood and answered their attendance) Ajai, Anjali, Benjamin... Tina, Udhay, Vijay,... A girl and a boy stood up and they looked at each other and the whole class was looking at them. Sir once again saw the list and said VIJAY!

The girl sat down.

Sir (To the girl who was embarrassed twice this morning, first, When the boy Shouted VIJAY! And now while taking attendance): I am sorry, you belong to the next class XI-E

Vijaya (With great relief exhaled): Thank you, sir.

And she walks out of the class looking back at Srisha and Vijay.

As she enters the class, she hears a girl loudly calling out her name VIJAYA!.

and this time she didn't react at all and smiled. All of a sudden she realizes that someone is running towards her. And for her surprise, it was her friend from her previous school.

Vijaya: "Archanaaa.." with great joy and surprise.
