Fear is one of the many emotions we develop early in life. As children grow older, their level of fear does too. Fear is triggered by specific stimuli, objects, or situations and results in a fear or alarm response. It is a feeling we have all dealt with at one time or another. Something that we first experience as children, and are conditioned to respond to in many different ways. Fear extinction is a process by which these fear memories are attempted to be blocked as fear is not a logical thought, but rather an irrational emotion.

Everyone when young thought that ghosts were real. I too had that fear and my cousin scared me about it It is also a survival mechanism that kicks into gear when you're brain senses danger and even risk. Fear heightens your senses and awareness; it keeps you alert and helps in better preparation. Fear is the most general term and implies anxiety and usually loss of courage.

Men learn to fear, fear because they associate such emotions with a dangerous lack of control over the self and world. The only place that fear can exist is in our thoughts of the future. It is a product of our imagination, causing us to fear things that do not at present and may not ever exist. The only fear for any human is death and we are away from our soul
