Daddy And Dreams

Danny was the little and the only kiddo in his family. His father was a successful businessman of Kolkata due to which his family was very reputed in the market. Unfortunately, his mother was no more with them as she met a devastating accident when he was of a very young age. He was spending his life with every luxurious items he demands, but the only thing he was thirsty for, was a company, the company of his father. Loneliness was eating his soul like termites. It was his birthday the next day. As soon as his father came back from office, he asked hesitatingly if he could spend just one day of his life with him. Despite of knowing it was his son's birthday, he refused by saying he has some really important meeting on the next day. Although his father was too dying for this one day celebration but for him, work comes first before anything. Danny went to his bed with tears in his eyes and fell asleep. He didn't know the next morning will be going to his best morning. His father decided to surprise him, he decorated his room and woke up him by kissing his forehead. He wished him the best birthday of his life and told him to get ready soon as they are going for a tour. Danny's happiness was beyond the limits. He packed his stuff and got ready within minutes. He and his father reached the airport , Danny's excitement was clearly visible on his face. He asked his father about the place they are going, but his father was going to surprise him. The moment they reached their destination, when Danny opened his eyes, the view was unbelievable. 

It was looking like the entire cartoon characters were present to welcome Danny and wish him happy birthday. It was like a magical city, the floor was made up of jelly, the river was filled with hot melted chocolate, the trees were eatable bubble gum, the hosts were of milky bar. It was so unrealistic, he hugged his father tightly for all this. Both Danny and his father enjoyed a lot in this magical city together. They didn't realise when did the day passed away. And it was the time to leave for home. Danny thanked his dad and kissed him. Suddenly the alarm clock started beeping, Danny woke up and realized it was all his dream. He saw a big gift lying on the table saying "Happy birthday son, get ready to go on a one week trip with me". Finally, his dream was going to be true. His happiness was above the clouds....
