Kavya got transferred from Bathinda to Chandigarh. He has good value with his seniors. Kavya got his seat with Navdeep. His work was average like 50-60%. Which was not up to mark.

After some months his cluster head did resign from job who took Kavya in Chandigarh from Bathinda. At that time also performance was average.

After some days of resignation, Corona episode came and lockdown announced. In lockdown, business goes down of branch. In a specific 2 month business was so down. Due to that with an immediate senior difference was created. He belief in like change something which may work. I don't believe in all this. But he suggested change seats and sit toward me so that I can see how you work. I said ok no issues.

As I changed the seat. The business was as it is down and after some days company demanded to resign from Kavya. As he demanded to resign after someday Kavya put his papers in the system and soon he got relieved from the company.
