A Pleasant Time

Dear Diary,

Today, all of a sudden, it was quite a refreshing day, even though it was a Monday. I think the main reason for this refreshment was the time spent with my best friend. As you know, it was her birthday today and we could not meet each other which was the disappointment of our lives!. But still, we made it work, by doing a phone call. We talked for about 80 minutes, which is almost 1 and a half hours!

We kept going on and on about the sudden change or as we like to call it the u-turn taking place in our lives. We miss our gossips, our reading each other's chats, going on and on about school day. The time spent with her used to be the best part of my day. As after getting tired from school, I used to go straight to my tuitions, and then after that, I used to have something to look forward to. I would spill all my anger out on her, and even though she would pretend she was not listening, I know she would.

She is the soul of my body, and I miss her a lot. I hope I can see her soon.
