100-day Challenge
It was really a wonderful and astonishing journey. I have started my 100 day challenge on Mother’s day 2018. It all started with a minimum of 2km walk every day. To my surprise, I was able to complete and have been continuing this fabulous journey till date. I am really not sure, what is pushing me from the back, probably the word “Mother” mattered here. All these days, I have cultivated this habit of walking and benefited with the following key ingredients: My thoughts are strengthened, the body gets stalwart and focused mindset too.
As an outcome of this, I was able to complete half-marathon successfully in Chennai Marathon 2020.
I would suggest that there is nothing wrong with giving it a try. It’s not going to cost anything, hence I would request everyone to follow the rule of 21/90. Try it out and I am sure you will start loving yourself. It really matters.
This never ending journey has continued and I am going to complete 2 years on this year’s mother’s day.
