Women's Right To Dignity

Marriage is an important institution.

It is a human relation,

It is necessary in any jurisprudence,

In every society and man and woman,

This institution is adopted by every religion.

Under Hindu law,

The husband is entrusted with

An element of trust

Of taking responsibility

For his wife

By ceremony of PANIGRAHAN.

Under Muslim Law,

Marriage is a contract

Creating legal obligations

to be fulfilled by both husband and wife.

Marriage is made

For creating a family,

It is not buying property.

Marriage is not possessiveness,

It is a love relationship and

In every jurisprudence

By marrying two people will be

Complete.

Human relationship,

Unless stable,

The journey of life is painful,

lt may it family,

 social, national, or

even professional.

A relationship is stable,

When persons in the bond,

They develop in their own right.

Such rights includes,

The independence to progress,

Love each each other in each progress.

So Human Rights Declaration protects such rights

Article 21 of the Constitution guarantees

Such rights

Those are to life and liberty.

Article 14 provides that

There would be no discrimination

On the ground of sex.

One of the fundamental rights

The same is constitutional remedy right,

 The Apex Court is protector

Of fundamental rights and

The dignity of a man and woman,

which is included in Article 21.

Test of the legality

Of a provision,

Surely it is judicial scrutiny

By the Apex Court.

When both learn

To grow in love

In the home and

Spouses must realise,

This can be made

Only if dignity of women,

It is understood in any religion

Whatever their practice may be.

Both must maintain human dignity,

If no one ever questioned

Her warmth,

Or his masculinity,

And there may be some differences,

It is by their interlocking views;

Their fight in between them is natural,

Because two persons

Have difference arising out of nature,

That strife would not estrange the heart,

If they act circumspectly,

And face the world with pride;

And it would not affect their love-bed.
