Winter Mannequin
Winter Mannequin

I roll on the streets
On a hard night of Saturday
It's fog in front of the eyes
It seems winter isn't a step away.
I continue my steps towards home
Across the road, you stood
A blunt blackout on the face
Faded denim over pants.
With a high hangover
I approached you to have a conversation
The head loses strength on your shoulders
It's more than just a heaven.
I kept on talking
But you weren't concerned about me
I kept you hitting
And you stood like a mannequin.
Then a teardrop fell off from your eyes
I could feel it on my hands as it stays
A sudden alteration in the wind's pace
Turned you into dust in front of my face.
I hate it when you disintegrate like this
I fell on my knees by the way you leave
And then kissed the ground
It seems I gotta wait till the morning comes.
