White Dove
White Dove
She was draped in white saree,
White rises were adorning her hair,
She plucked white Jasmine for her deity,
Her complexion was flawless and fair,
White pearls were looking like dewdrops around her neck,
Her shell white bangles were clinking in the air,
She was looking pure and peaceful in her endeavour,
The butterflies were kissing her lips as they thought they contain nectar,
She laughed and her pearly white teeth shine like oysters,
She prepared a garland of Jasmine flowers,
She presented one garland to her deity and one to her mother,
She presented one to her teacher who taught her all the life's answers.
