When You Were With Me
When You Were With Me
When you were with me,
Everything seemed outright,
There was no lack of anything.
Now, everything seems partial,
Since you scoot.
You are jovial to be away from me.
And I am joyful with,
This contentment of yours.
That unusual place in my heart,
Is still untenanted for you.
No one can fill that,
Lacuna of my heart.
But I've obstructed the modus operandi for you,
To transpire to this heart.
I have accepted your hypocrisy once,
But now I'll not be able to hold up it once more.
What about the misery and torment??
I will retain it with me till my hindmost breath,
And will enfold it in the soil of my sepulchre.
Till then, I am revealing my beliefs,
With my splintered heart,
And writing my poems,
With some splintered words...!!!
