What Is Love?

The butterflies which I feel inside my stomach

When his eyes pierce directly into mine..?

Or the disappointment which I experience

When he, refused to even glance at me?

The beauty of his presence completing me...

Or the void created by his absence killing me…

The fear that I would lose him forever?

Or the hope that soon I would call him mine!

The nightmares of him finding someone better,

Or the daydreams of me growing old with him!

The tears which roll down the eyes When I realize he is not mine…

Or the pleasure I get Waiting for things to be fine…

The bitter words I pour when I get possessive over him…

Or the heavy pressure of guilt I feel later for hurting him…

The wish that he finds the most deserving person…

Or the desire to kill anyone whose name he mentions...

The wait of months just to meet him for a day

Or the joy of the day which helps to sustain the coming month…

The ultimate demons hid in my mind when he is next to me…

Or the goosebumps I get even before I try...

Doing things for making him happy... 

Or want him to pamper me….?

Going an extra mile for him…

Or walking miles with him next to me…

Is it love when I want him to be happy, with or without me present in his life...

Or my desire to be a part of all the pleasures and pains in his life..?

Whatever it is... One thing is for sure...

My definition of love is everything revolving around him…!

All the troubles and obstacles can happily be endured...

If we both face them together as a team..!

Together I wish our futures be secured...

Because all I know is my life is nothing without him…!!!

Even if our paths don't meet.. I will be fine...

Only if he finds someone better and his life shines…

Maybe that is what my love for him actually is...
