What Ashram Life Teaches

Ashram life teaches one to be more disciplined

Fair spoken, sincere to any work and person in need 

Service-provider, kind hearted to the down-trodden people

 As per one's mite, devoting time in proper use.

In this sense I am lucky to be an Ashramite

At Ramakrushna Mission Ashram, Puri for the filling the prime

Necessity of learning during the studentship age 

So memorable of such bygone days so unforgettable.

The sole makers of ideals, spirituality and Sat, Chit, Ananda

I, inclusive of my fellow students receive

And learn the art of living within frame.

Guru Maharaj becomes our Path shower

What we are now, that's by Lord's gracious shower

We March on touching our aims, objectives and goals

Behind us our teachers become the illuminating souls.

Regular prayer class makes us set right 

To be ready for self-surrender to Almighty 

And be honest, dedicated and sympathetic to the society 

Where we stay and live adopting service mentality.

 Let us live and let others live in peace

Professing and highlighting the Lord's message

Let's come and work together for the mission

To fulfill the logo of the Ashram and its basic aim.
