We Are Not In The Same Boat, But In The Same Storm
We Are Not In The Same Boat, But In The Same Storm
Someone has rightly said that we are not in the same boat but in the same storm,
All in our different vessels, sailing in grace
in the worlds we transform.
Some of us are in rafts, some in brigs, pirogues,
and yet others in coracles,
All at sea waiting for miracles.
Some of us have entered the sea latterly
While others have been floating there for long, untiringly.
But now all have been hit by the squall,
Enticing us to change our destiny that may be befall,
Small boats may sail through while big ships may sink,
It all depends on our ability to ponder, plan and think.
Storms will come and storms will go,
But we must remember that at the end of every storm is a rainbow.
Life’s storms too can be endured with grit, patience, and determination,
And then only will we procure everyone’s admiration.
