Versions Of Me
Versions Of Me
I punched a joke acting staid,
Talked on the portentous matter being ludricous as I said;
You may meet me as diffident and self-conscious,
But you might be bothered with me being loquacious.
At times I wanted to detach myself from the crowd,
Though you could always find me joining a bunch over the cloud;
I might be born incredibly nice,
But is a bit mischievous once or twice.
Heard of me being discreet and cool,
Though I could even sound like a fool;
I may look uncomely or distasteful,
But could still dress aesthetically beautifully.
I could say I'm honestly bad,
Or start to think I'm a good liar;
Well, that's the versions of me slightly bald,
Or simply me being unexceptionally peculiar.
