Don't take me dreaming tonight,

The stale dark clouds are on the way.


With crawling mirrors, the nightmares

Are burning and with sinking surfaces,

The dreams are decaying.


Wishes on the desktop, wings on pillows,

Selling misty stolen lamps, two for none.


Bones all brave, brave all bright,

Please don't take me dreaming tonight.
