tomorrow's forever

Show me your heart, through a child's eyes 

Hold me in between your laughter, and the hurt from far off smiles 

Wrapping your arms around me, with the silence of a spiders dance

I sometimes feel the echo of your kisses 

On my cheek, and a fragment of them glistens, like misplaced dreams in sleep

So it' I'll sing you a song, that I found in the rain, I'll whisper the secrets of the backward winds, and my eyes will show you pale flowers, holding moonlit tears 

There is emptiness, where stars once were, yet sometimes they still find me 

And the moments of your smile, do pierce my sleep 

As your far away scent is left to linger 

I will lose my loneliness amongst the songs of crickets, until the stars close their tired eyes, then wipe away tears with cloudy skies

How long will it take, for me to forget you ?

For the forward wind leaves me much to remember 

Then I tell myself, the answer is never 

And that the past and the present, are tomorrow's forever.
