To Follow My Footsteps..is not

From a father to his son...

To follow my footsteps, 

Is not what you should do,

I had my own journey, 

And destination too.

You live your life, 

The way you do, 

Because that may be

Your destination too.

Whenever you need me,

I shall be there, 

To sail you through,

The rough patch, you,

May be facing too.

Life is a journey,

Which everyone, goes through,

But, just to live,

Is not what you should do.

Aim for yourself,

And then, 

Strive to reach it too,

Hardwork, perseverance and 

Tough times, 

Is what you would be facing too.

But aim, if u have,

And will to achieve it too,

You may get your fame,

If you would have done enough

To achieve it too...

To follow my footsteps,

Is not what you should do,

Make your own path,

And sail it through,

Is what you should do....

Enjoy every moment 

Of your life,

And live to the fullest too,

Make people around you

Happy too,

Eternal bliss is the 

Moment you live in

And journey is the voyage 

To achieve it too..
