Those Immortal Times

I close my eyes,

And what I see,

Are flashes of scenes,

Full of ecstasy.

"A game of catch,

The sun shining upon us,

Smiles on our faces 

As if the happiness was endless"

"Football in the rain,

The mud splashing all around,

As the ball tossed between us

All over the ground"

"Fights over the camera,

Torn costumes and props,

Trying to film a movie,

On space and astronauts"

"Broken flasks, spilled salts,

Inaccurate measurements,

Those were the days,

We tried science experiments"

Those immortal times

Are etched in my memory forever

Always to cherish,

Ever to remember

Those immortal times
