The Warmth of Winter

The winter is cold but it does radiate a warmth of its own

So when you are with people you love and care warmth is sown

Any season or any time of the year can bring about a cheer

When we live in peace and harmony there is certainly no fear

The warmth of winter is totally a different type of a feeling 

Hatred, fear, anger and all hard feelings it will be killing 

The warmth of winter brings in strong bonds of love and gratitude 

It's time we all mend our ways our thinking and our attitude 

The warmth of winter my friends is both warm and cold

To each and everyone who reads this poem close to your hearts do hold

May the joy of winter and the thrill it brings along unfold a story

We need to face the reality of life and be somewhat more holy
