The Unnoticable Man
The Unnoticable Man
Sitting on a busy street
His Life Savings set down beside
Wearing a grubby shirt deposited on the ground
Scavenging through filth to find a hidden Gem
Without a moccasin to wear his feet go bare
He limps around the road with flies in his hair
Going unnoticed as if he wasn't there
They give no more than a glance and go away
Cars zoom by and offer no help, he sits back down dejected
He has no food to gorge on and no water to slurp
When he gets the food he becomes euphoric and consumes every morsel
He gets tired and goes to bed
He roams around with no one in his way
Trying to live with what he has
He appreciates all he gets
He's Kind at heart and Helpful when he receives the same
The End
