The Time I Will Discover Myself

I have walked out onto the plank too far

To not take the plunge – 

The search for the truth keeps me abounding myself

But I must listen to the call of my heart –

The call that won’t let me live content 

Being a seeker, 

Seeking beauty, seeking the truth.

And to deny myself the journey of self-discovery

I wonder the day I will find myself

I know it is not that far

But the time it takes would be more than enough to abandon me
