The River

She is grand and fearless,

for which her flow is tireless.

Flowing through the mountains and forest,

she forgets to take rest.

At times she looks pale and aimless,

but her efforts are always mighty and endless.

Her path might be full of obstacles,

but her destination is full of miracles.

How did you got such a tenacity,

I asked her out of curiosity.

These obstacles kept me motivated,

I never stopped and kept my spirit elevated.

The moment I stop my flow,

the obstacles won't let me to grow.

She answered me sensibly,

I listened to her pleasingly.

The river flows to thrive,

this trait of her taught me to how to revive.
