The Light Of faith
The Light Of faith
O soul that wanders, lost in the night,
Drifting so far from His glorious light.
You chase the world, its fleeting gold,
Yet find your heart is weak and cold.
The echoes of fear, the whispers of pain,
Grow louder each day like a ceaseless rain.
You ask, "Why does my spirit shake?"
But have you sought the One who makes?
For every tear, He holds the key,
Yet you run from Him so recklessly.
You fill your cup with hollow dust,
Chained to your fleeting, burning lust.
O heed the voice that calls you near,
It breaks through darkness, loud and clear.
The Devil smiles when you forget,
And leads your soul to deep regret.
The world is painted in sin-stained hues,
Tempting hearts with twisted views.
But what is joy if not divine?
A peace no gold or flesh can find.
Turn back before your light grows dim,
Let not the night pull you from Him.
For in His arms, all burdens cease,
And in His love, you'll find your peace.
So rise, O soul, from where you fell,
Defy the whispers born from Hell.
Cling to the One who made the stars,
And let His mercy heal your scars.
For life is fleeting, a breath, a sigh,
Yet His love endures beyond the sky.
So seek Him now your heart be free,
And let His light your refuge be.
