The Colour White

My heart fills with joy when I see the colour white,

A colour which makes everyone delight.

A colour which brings peace,

And makes everyone's joy increase.

White a symbol of truth,

Gives new energy to the youth.

A white flag, a white pigeon,

Symbolises peace and truth of each nation. 

White has always inspired to speak the truth,

Be it children or today's youth.

Who doesn't want peace,

Ask the soldiers on the border whose lives are at risk.

They sacrifice themselves for the nation,

Leaving messages for the new generation. 

Whatever might be the situation,

Lay your lives for the nation.

Never lie but stand on your words,

Are some of the messages heard.

Peace and truth go hand in hand,

Where there is truth, there is peace you can understand.
