MOVIE

When I was small,

I was crazy to watch movies in the hall.

There were many talkies,

And big screens.

People of all categories,

Would be there.

Going to a movie,

Was not more than a festival. 

Buying tickets from those small windows, 

And your turn coming after a long waiting.

After every annual exam results,

My dad took us all to a movie.

That was the best time I remember, 

It was always in the month of December. 

I have now become a responsible adult,

My craze for movies is still in my blood.
