The Castle So Clean
The Castle So Clean
Residing in a castle subtle
I met a man
Tall and young
Cleaning the junk.
I inquired him
What's the matter
And he said
Nothing, just a routine checkup.
Though quiet for that time
My thoughts within
Raced miles to find
What the hell, 'clean-up' means.
New to my conscience
This word just sent
Currents of disturbance
All through my nerves.
Asking to court man
Insulting to me
Bank of my knowledge
Finds no history to the farthest end.
This was the trouble
I am being
Fastened to, as if now.
Sometimes stepping down from ego
Serves the purpose beyond adoration.
