The Amity On Trust...

Two chums in a woodland,

Lived with each other in the same land.

One of them was a cheetah,

While the other, a dog, his favorite.

In the same land, lived a monkey, envious,

Not wanting to mate the two companions.

Being covetous of the two amigos,

He wanted them to have a quarrel close.

He told the cheetah, the dog called you, a tongue-tied,

Go fast and have a fight !

Having faith in his chum,

He ignored the monkey with a hum.

Anon, the monkey told the dog, the cheetah called you, a fraud,

Go fast and have him caught!

Having belief on his chum,

Even the dog, ignored the monkey with a hum.

One day, the monkey, asked one, and the other,

What is it that makes your amity stronger ?

They said it was the trust,

That their friendship couldn't be crushed !!!
