Best wishes to all of you in Mahashivratri -

The one who saved Tribhuvan by drinking Kalkoot,

Saved the shame of the gods and the throne of Indra.

In a moment the anger on Kamadeva incinerated me,

Dressed in vulgar disguises and camped at the peak of Kailash.

In whose tangle Mother Ganga plays,

The image of a snake hanging around the neck makes one lose heart.

Whose beauty is the third eye on the head,

And in his right hand, he is waving a trident.

Taurus rides on whose head the moon sleeps on,

They do this by creating a Tandava dance that leaves everyone in awe.

Would be happy after getting hemp, datura, bilvapatra,

Those things which are unpleasant to everyone, they like only those things.

Whose ghosts keep doing their evil work,

Who has the ability to remove every sorrow and defect of the world?

From whose Damru came Maheshwar Sutras,

Those written by Panini are called grammarians.

Which is called unbroken good fortune in the world,

Uma graces the left side.

May Shiva, that generous donor, be pleased with all of us.

This merciful Jagdishwar destroys all obstacles.
