She is a phoenix,

Always rises from the charcoal ashes,

She is brave,

Always hides her agonizing scratches.

She can fake smiles,

For she is criticised everyday,

She can force a laughter,

For people assume her heart is made of clay.

She remains unbroken,

Regardless of how badly she is shattered,

She remains calm,

Regardless of how many times her identity is left scattered.

She is never heard,

For no one listens to her painful cries,

She is never enough,

No matter how hard she tries.

She is courageous,

So she is a fighter,

She is a woman,

So she is a survivor
