SEXUAL HARASSMENT

An evil eating up the empowered

If the word "authority" had it's respect

Even the girl child would be respected

This gender, of a lady at work, bare respect

It's not, as you see, my lines are very clear

Denotation or connotation, all in favor

No excuse that the message not being delivered

Listen! A girl child at work, look! If respected

Point! Is it a crime to be pretty or beautiful

Listen! Even the innocent are forced

When did you last make a survey

Managers, not all but some, even Directors 

Principals, quote me well, some not all

These pretty girls have got no say

Anyway, what can they say, to be fired

Some are promised promotions before the act

Shall they vacate, they have got no stand

What they need is fairness, only respect

Dignity not sex for a job, respect the girl child

Education not forced sex, respect a student in uniform
