Serenity

Oh! I can't believe my eyes,

My feet have lost all senses,

My heart has skipped a beat just now.

Is it for real?

How badly I have always wanted

To be in your lap,

Soothed and calmed by the aura of serenity.

Oh! Mother Nature, 

The lofty mountains afront, are making my

Heart soar high,

High enough to keep my goals intact and not lose hope

The snow covering them is guiding me to the top,

With sincerity and purity.

The blue water of the lake is making me feel so wavy,

To go along the flow of life and attain peace.

The soothing breeze is so balming, caressing my heart gently

Wiping all my worries away.

Oh! Let this scented breeze, kiss me everywhere

And tickle every bone of mine

Till I roll on the ground in ecstasy.

Vast and lush grass is weaving the magic of serenity

Slowly bringing my soul back to me.

The essence of nature is shielding all the chaos,

All the rattle that my mind and heart has within

And shrouding me with peace and healing.

Oh! I feel so much of belonging to this eternal place

I just wanna be here till my soul stretches and unwinds itself,

Of all the soot and stress.

I just wanna be here forever and ever,

Letting my soul meet me, 

As this earth melts into the sky at the horizon.
