Self-Respect

Self-respect is important to me,

I want everyone to respect me, 

But first, I will respect myself. 

What, even if I am imperfect

I have drawbacks,

I am lethargic, 

I am impatient,

But yet I respect myself! 

Respecting oneself is critical 

You can respect someone and be respected by others,

But self-respect comes with dignity, 

It comes with courage,

It comes with practice.
