Secret In Me

The pleasing morning doesn’t touch my heart

Am tired by the life struggle and frustration

I get sunk in my thoughts, I get lost in unwanted pain

All around me turned into desert, only my helpless mind cries.

My heart keeps silent and gets battered by the series of questions

Why life is so complex?

Small desire for dreams now gets lost with death.

In the night near my windows, I see the shadow of some known person

I am surprised and get awake

I see it clearly, oh no! It’s just my illusion

I rise from my sleep and see a new day begins.

But only one thing is unchanged, that’s me.
