Second Chance
Second Chance
Her clock ran out of numbers, while she was with him
Times have changed now and ran out of emotions but dim.
Cried in her dreams, embraced the loneliness
Thou can sense that deep down she's a gloomy mess.
For thousandth time, the sun set down after he left,
A shell layered up around her heart with rigour and zest.
A stranger came in when her life hit an all time low,
In no time her firm shell pummelled out with infinite zeal and glow.
Soon the inflated and broken past of hers turned into a quick laughter,
And then they lived happily ever after.
