Back at home exhausted

Listening to their kids

Mind absorbed- hands on job

And smile on their lips

Few fortunate get some help

From their better halves

Rest keep juggling all the time

Lest they lose their jobs

Running errands everyday

With never ending tasks

Stretching themselves extra inch

They prefer being on job

Home and hearth, waiting for them

They have to take its charge

A bit of recognition and appreciation
