Redefine Pink

I was told what pink was,

But soon I started confusing it with scarlet scars.

Those cute cheeks, those beautiful smile,

Where just a mask behind the caged heart.

That servile attribute, that selfless attitude,

Made me question what difference there was.

Just a little more curves, just a little less muscles,

Was that enough to brand the inferior mark.

But slowly, I started understanding what pink was,

Something that few colourless soul can never define.
