Rainy Day....
Rainy Day....
It's raining and what a day!
All are stocked, there is no other way.
Sitting in home Clear the window,
Looking outside, waiting for rainbow.
Went back to my memory lane,
Childhood days will not come.
Those days when it was raining and a rainy day,
Remember our pleasure to wet, dance, and play.
Some wear raincoat some with an umbrella too,
But those were of no use for our carefree funny attitude.
We used to love getting wet in rainwater,
Not afraid of we may have the fever.
We play with the ball and enjoy the game,
We try to hold the water shouting each other's name.
Reaching school was punished by the teacher,
But never stopped this and had no fear.
Reaching home mother shouts at us,
Sometimes been punished by her as a bonus.
When we saw any water ligging,
We loved to do paper boat racing.
We never knew it had given pains to many,
We always thought a rainy day is very funny.
Now when we grow older can understand,
How painful it is to hide under the tree and stand.
Now, this rainy day create a temporary pond,
Due to waterlogging, we react badly and respond.
Even the poor farmer suffer very badly,
Too much rainwater spoil the crops widely.
The rainy day makes all sit tight,
No work, no school, and no place to fight.
What to say more, It's a Rainy Day,
Made us now irritate and there's no sunray.
Sometimes we cry in summer and pray,
To help us with rain and rainy day.
This is the part of a game of nature,
We can't stop it and skip it either.
