Those were the days

Yes I remember, when

Plans made in multiple ways

Waited for the sequence to end

Whether loathsome exams,

Or monotonous job made us bend.

Trying to corral the beads

An itinerary scribbler taking the lead

But soon the wings stashed

Yes I remember, the plan

Sounding ephemeral and lashed.

But now as the lockdown prevails,

Those times in my mind hail.

When plans canceled

Due to reasons graveled

Yes, I remember, plans we never traveled.

After the sine quo halts

Figure out the plans at fault,

Don't, in the future miss to sail

Now remember, to discover yourself

In the beauty of the trail.
