Will, you wake up and tell me,

What you did last night?

Was it me that you were dreaming about?

Or was it someone else burning as light?

And not some other guy, who appeases you,

And not some other message from him.

But even if you tell me,

Will I be able to believe it?

Have I lost my faith in you forever,

Or I never had it and was just trying to live.

Hey, you woke up!

And your eyes are bright.

But why is your face losing happiness?

The moment you set on me your sight.

You are wide awake now,

And I can feel that vibe.

It's over forever for me and you and us,

All this while it was mere contrive.

It's time to move on and leave,

It's awfully tough to behave well,

There are a thousand expletives and cuss words
